These vacancies exist with a specialist consultancy practice that exhibits major differences to a 'traditional' consultancy firm.

To be successful you will presently be employed as a managing consultant with another practice or be a senior programme manager with a major financial institution or software company.
In each case, you will be able to demonstrate success well ahead of your peer group and have a wish to progress your career with a rewarding, challenging meritocracy. The successful applicants will be joining the management team of this practice.
There is a need to identify an individual who has managed client expectations whilst delivering project/programme management and planning, or business transformation/BPR. This may have been achieved within the retail financial services, retail or other customer facing sector.
You must be comfortable with presenting to board level, be seen as a trusted advisor, be able to take control when required and have replaced your passion for delivery with one for account management.
